基于高频阻抗的断路器合闸电阻损伤时阻抗参数仿真研究

摘  要:断路器合闸电阻是断路器的重要组成部分,承担着抑制操作过电压及合闸涌流的保护作用,在运行过程中故障率较高。为此基于合闸电阻结构参数,计算模型电气参数,以RLC回路作为最小单元构建断路器合闸电阻等效阻抗参数仿真模型,研究不同损坏情况下合闸电阻阻抗参数变化规律。结果表明:对于发生发黑、烧焦、整片裂纹与边沿掉落损伤的合闸电阻,其高频阻抗特性曲线与正常电阻曲线对比,均有明显区别于其他损伤情况的特征,验证了利用高频阻抗技术诊断合闸电阻损伤的可行性。该研究对未来基于高频阻抗的断路器合闸电阻损伤检测系统的搭建、优化具有指导意义。Pre-insertion resistors are an important component of circuit breakers,playing a protective role by suppres-sing operating overvoltage and closing inrush currents.However,they experience a high failure rate during operation.This study calculates the electrical parameters based on the structural design of the pre-insertion resistors and constructs a simulation model for the equivalent impedance parameters of the circuit breaker’s closing resistance,using an RLC circuit as the basic unit.The study explores the variation in the closing resistance impedance parameters under different damage conditions.The results show that for closing resistors with damages such as blackening,burning,cracking,and edge detachment,the high-frequency impedance characteristic curves exhibit clear differences compared to the normal resistance curve.These results validate the feasibility of using high-frequency impedance technology for diagnosing damage to the closing resistors.This research provides valuable insights for the future development and optimization of damage detection systems for circuit breaker pre-insertion resistors based on high-frequency impedance.
