摘  要:为应对大型高铁客运站列车晚点延误问题,减轻列车晚点带来的不利影响,着眼列车在站作业全过程,提出晚点条件下车站作业调整方案混合整数规划优化模型。考虑车站站场结构、设施设备、行车作业条件、客运作业条件、列车作业要求、车站间隔时间标准等多种因素的影响,以列车到发时刻与基本图偏离程度以及股道运用与基本图偏离程度最小为优化目标,以列车到发时刻以及股道运用为决策变量,对列车晚点带来的进路冲突进行疏解,以减少延误带来的影响。以A高铁车站A1车场8:00—20:00时间段内的列车到发为案例,对模型进行验证,展现模型对交叉进路冲突的疏解和股道运用的调整方案,并分析列车晚点对后续列车的连带影响。研究结果表明:模型能够疏解进路冲突,压缩列车非必要停站时间,缩减列车延误时间,高效生成合理的股道调整方案,辅助车站行车工作决策。In order to deal with the problem of train delay in large high speed railway passenger stations,reduce the adverse impact of train delay,and make the train resume on-time operation during the whole process,a mixed integer programming optimization model for station operation adjustment scheme under the condition of train delay was proposed.The model considered the influence of many factors such as station structure,facilities and equipment,operating conditions of trains,passenger traffic,train operation requirements,and station interval time standards.The model took the arrival and departure time of the train and the use of the track as the decision variables.The optimization objective of the model was to minimize the deviation degree of the arrival and departure time of the train and the use of the track from the basic train working diagram,so as to resolve the route conflict caused by train delays and reduce the resulting impact.Finally,the model was verified by taking the train arrival and departure from 8:00 to 20:00 at the A1 yard of A High Speed Railway Station as an example,displaying the model's resolution of cross-route conflicts,and the adjustment scheme for track utilization.The impact of train delay on subsequent trains was analyzed.The results show that the model can resolve the route conflict,reduce the unnecessary stopping time of the train,and shorten the time of delay.The model generates a reasonable track adjustment scheme and assists the station operation decision-making.
