摘 要:中老铁路国际旅客列车开行以来,跨境客流不断增加,口岸站跨境旅客通关作业压力越来越大。为提升中老铁路口岸站通关效率,通过理论分析、模拟仿真等方法研究了跨境旅客通关流线优化问题。在分析磨憨站和磨丁站跨境旅客通关流线的基础上,利用排队论和分段交叉作业统筹图,分别计算了中老铁路口岸站单个跨境旅客平均通关时间和整列跨境旅客通关时间,发现口岸站通关“瓶颈”主要在于旅客走行和边检作业;为验证理论计算,基于Anylogic仿真软件模拟了中老铁路国际旅客列车跨境旅客通关过程,得到仿真通关时间和口岸站跨境旅客密度图,印证了理论计算和通关“瓶颈”分析的合理性;对通关“瓶颈”提出针对性的优化措施,通过再次仿真对比了优化前后的通关时间,验证了流线优化措施能够有效压缩通关时间,对于提升中老铁路口岸站跨境旅客通关效率具有参考价值。Since the international passenger trains on the China-Laos Railway started operating,the cross-border passenger flow has been increasing,and the pressure of cross-border passenger clearance operations at port stations is getting heavy.In order to enhance the clearance efficiency of the China-Laos Railway port stations,the optimization of the cross-border passenger clearance process was studied through theoretical analysis and simulation.On the basis of analyzing the cross-border passenger clearance process at Mohan Station and Moding Station and using the queuing theory and coordinated schedule diagram for cross operations,the average clearance time of a single cross-border passenger and the clearance time of a whole cross-border passenger train at the China-Laos Railway port stations were calculated.It is found that the bottlenecks in clearance at port stations mainly occur in passenger movement and border inspection operations.To verify the theoretical calculation,the cross-border passenger clearance process of the international passenger trains on the China-Lao Railway is simulated based on Anylogic simulation software.The simulated clearance time and density map of cross-border passengers at port stations are obtained,which confirms the rationality of the theoretical calculation and the analysis of the clearance bottleneck.Targeted optimization measures are proposed for the clearance bottleneck.By secondary simulation,the clearance time before and after the optimization is compared,which verifies that the process optimization measures can effectively short the clearance time and have reference value for improving the efficiency of crossborder passenger clearance at the China-Laos Railway port stations.
