摘  要:针对风-光-储可再生综合能源系统不同储能时间尺度配置规划问题,构建了基于风-光-电池-储氢的综合能源系统模型,并进行了综合能源系统配置规划-运行策略协同的多目标优化研究.现有综合系统规划模型方面研究在考虑经济性和稳定性多目标优化的同时对于兼顾跨季节储能的研究较少,并存在无法兼顾和平衡经济性和稳定性以获得最优配置规划方案的问题.为了解决上述问题,引入了储氢和氢内燃机发电作为储能系统的一部分,减少了电池的配置容量,同时氢内燃机在成本和技术成熟度上比燃料电池存在一定的优势,既降低了系统成本,又实现了长时储能.首先通过单目标优化,在保证系统稳定性的前提下,确定系统经济性最优的条件,再通过多目标优化,基于粒子群算法以系统运行负荷缺电率最小和系统平准化度电成本最小为目标获取最优配置方案.通过模拟在天津大学北洋园校区建立风-光-储综合能源系统,基于当地气象数据与用电数据进行算例验证,结果证明了所得优化配置和运行策略的优越性.Aiming at different energy storage time scales for wind,solar and storage renewable energy systems,this paper constructs a hybrid energy system model based on wind,solar,battery and hydrogen storage,and proposes a multi-objective planning model for cooperative optimization of integrated energy system configuration planning and operation strategies.Existing studies on hybrid system planning models usually neglect the consideration of the demand in cross seasonal energy storage and fail to balance economy and stability to obtain the optimal configuration planning scheme for different time scale.To address the aforementioned issues,this paper introduces hydrogen storage as part of the energy storage system,thus reducing battery usage,lowering system costs,and achieving long-term energy storage.Firstly,through single objective optimization,with system stability ensured,the optimal economic conditions for the system are determined.Then,through multi-objective optimiza-tion,based on particle swarm optimization algorithm,the optimal configuration scheme is obtained with the ob-jectives of minimizing the power outage rate of the system operation load and minimizing the cost of leveling the system.Finally,the advantages of the optimized configuration and operation strategy are verified by simulating a wind-solar-storage integrated energy system at the Peiyangyuan campus of Tianjin University based on local mete-orological and power consumption data.
