摘 要:对塔式分级燃烧室旋流器结构进行优化,研究了旋流器主燃级和值班级之间的台阶高度对燃烧室的流场、燃烧性能及出口温度分布的影响.结果表明:随着台阶高度的增加,台阶回流区尺寸增大并挤压中心回流区头部,燃油分布均匀性降低,高温区面积急剧上升,NO生成量和生成区域均扩大,高温烟气逐渐向出口两侧壁面移动,出口温度分布质量逐渐改善;压力损失系数逐渐降低,当台阶高度由4 mm增加至16 mm时,燃烧室压力损失系数和出口温度分布系数OTDF分别降低了0.2%和5.6%,NO排放量增加了62.1%.The flow field characteristics and combustion performance of low emission tower combustion chamber at different step heights were studied by numerical simulation.The results show that with the increase of step height,the size of the step return area increases and the head of the central return area is squeezed.The uniformity of fuel distribution decreases,the high temperature area increases sharply,and both the amount and the generation area of NO increase.The high temperature flue gas gradually moves to both sides of the exit wall,and the temperature distribution quality of the exit gradually improves.When the step height increases from 4 mm to 16 mm,the combustion chamber pressure loss coefficient and out temperature distribution factor(OTDF)decrease by 0.2%and 5.6%,respectively,while NO emission increases by 62.1%.
