摘 要:国际中文教育本土化可高效提升区域国别中文国际传播能级,持续增强中文和中华文明世界传播力、影响力。匈牙利中文教育本土化呈现三大特征:一是汉学繁荣与高水平本土中文人才助推中文教育发展;二是多模式与特色化办学打造本土化国际中文品牌教育;三是教育数字化转型开辟匈牙利中文教育本土化发展新赛道。中文语言价值驱动匈牙利中文教育本土化发展是根本动因,同时得益于“向东开放”战略政策、中匈关系提质升级新定位以及教育政策法规等有利外部环境,在强市场拉动、强政府推动模式和强中文母语国支持的机制作用下,实现了认知、教学和服务本土化发展。在中匈驶入“黄金航道”新发展期,应继续加强顶层设计与统筹规划,完善本土师资培育体系,研发优化中文教材和学材,强化数字资源平台建设,为世界各国中文教育本土化发展提供“匈牙利范本”,打造“中文教育本土化IP”和“匈牙利IP”。The localization of international Chinese education can effectively improve the international communication level of Chinese language in various regions and countries,and continuously enhance the influence of Chinese language and Chinese civilization in the world.The localization of Chinese language education in Hungary enjoys three main features:firstly,the promotion of the development of Chinese language education by means of the prosperity of Sinology and high-level local Chinese talents;secondly,the establishment of a localized international Chinese brand education through multi-mode and distinctive education;thirdly,the establishment of a new track for the localization and development of Chinese language education by way of digital transformation of education in Hungary.The fundamental driving force behind the localization of Chinese language education in Hungary is the intrinsic value of the Chinese language,which has been further facilitated by favorable external conditions such as the"eastward opening"policy,the new positioning of improved Sino-Hungarian relations,and educational policies and regulations,so under the mechanism of strong market impetus,robust government promotion,and strong support from a native Chinese-speaking country,the localization of cognition,teaching,and services has been achieved.In the new period of"optimal"development between China and Hungary,it is essential to continue to strengthen the top-level design and overall planning,improve the local teaching staff training system,develop and optimize Chinese textbooks and teaching materials,boost the construction of digital resource platforms,provide the Hungarian model for the localization development of Chinese education in various countries worldwide,as well as establish"Chinese education localization IP"and"Hungary IP".
