苦皮藤素对家蚕不同龄期幼虫的毒力测定

摘  要:为明确植物源农药苦皮藤素对家蚕幼虫的致病力,采用浸叶法分别测定苦皮藤素对家蚕3、4和5龄幼虫的毒力。结果表明,以浓度5~50 mg/L的苦皮藤素浸叶喂食后,同一龄期家蚕幼虫累积死亡率随着喂食浸叶的苦皮藤素浓度的升高而增加;当苦皮藤素浓度为50 mg/L时,在喂食3~5龄幼虫96 h后的累积死亡率分别达到了82.2%、66.7%、3.3%;苦皮藤素对家蚕的致病力与龄期相关,敏感程度为3龄>4龄>5龄。用苦皮藤素浸叶喂食家蚕3~5龄幼虫后96 h,致死中浓度(LC50)估计值分别为1.158 mg/L、1.454 mg/L和2.566 mg/L。在5~50 mg/L浓度范围内,苦皮藤素对家蚕幼虫的致死中时(LT50)与添食浓度相关,对3~5龄幼虫的LT50值随着苦皮藤素浓度的降低而增加。综合以上结果,苦皮藤素对家蚕3~5龄幼虫具有高毒力,且对3龄幼虫的致病力最强。In order to clarify the virulence of botanical pesticide celangulin on silkworm larvae,Bombyx mori,the virulence of celangulin on 3,4 and 5 instar larvae of silkworm was determined by leaf dipping method.The results showed that the cumulative mortality rates of differernt instar were increased with the increase of the concentration of celangulin when treated leaves with 5 mg/L-50 mg/L.The treatment with 50 mg/L celangulin caused 82.2%,66.7%and 3.3%,mortality of the 3rd,4th and 5th instar larvae on 96 hours,respectively.The pathogenicity of celangulin to B.mori larvae differs among different larval stages.The susceptibity of the B.mori larvae to celangulin was 3rd>4th>5th.The estimated median lethal concentrations(LC50)of celangulin was 1.158 mg/L,1.454 mg/L and 2.566 mg/L for 3rd to 5th instar larvae respectively,on 96 h after treatment.At the range of 5 mg/L-50 mg/L,the median lethal time(LT50)of celangulin to B.mori larvae was related to the feeding concentration,and the LT50 value of the 3-5 instar larvae were increased with the decrease of celangulin.The results suggests that celangulin showed a strong virulence to 3-5 instar larvae of B.mori,and the virulence to the 3rd instar larvae was the strongest.
