摘　　要：面对世界百年未有之大变局加速演进的现实状况,以中国式现代化全面推进强国建设、民族复兴伟业,就需要增强忧患意识,居安思危,有效应对外部风险挑战。中国共产党忧患意识体现了中国共产党人忧党、忧国和忧民的责任与担当。中国共产党忧患意识蕴含着丰富的哲学思维,在辩证唯物主义和历史唯物主义视角下,内在地实现了认识论、实践观、历史观和方法论的有机统一。探究中国共产党忧患意识的哲学根基,对于进一步发挥忧患意识的科学效能,推进党的自我革命和社会革命具有重要的理论和现实意义。In the face of the reality of the acceleration of the evolution of the world’s great changes unseen in a century,it is necessary to enhance the sense of distress,prepare for danger in times of peace and effectively re-spond to external risks and challenges by comprehensively promoting the construction of a strong country and the great cause of national rejuvenation with Chinese-style modernization.The Communist Party of China’s sense of distress embodies the responsibility of the Party’s members to worry about the Party,the country and the people.The Communist Party of China’s sense of distress contains rich philosophical thinking.From the per-spective of dialectical materialism and historical materialism,the Communist Party of China’s sense of distress internally realizes the organic unity of epistemology,practice,history and methodology.Exploring the philosoph-ical foundation of the Communist Party of China’s sense of distress is of great theoretical and practical signific-ance for further exerting its scientific efficiency and promoting the Party’s self-revolution and social revolution.
