内蒙古马旅游特色小镇的内涵、特征与模式研究

摘　　要：本研究综合运用文献资料、实地调研等方法对内蒙古马旅游特色小镇的内涵、特征与模式进行深入探究,旨在促进内蒙古马旅游特色小镇规范健康发展,并为内蒙古马旅游高质量发展提供参考。研究认为马旅游特色小镇是在优质的马旅游资源、马产业资源的基础上打造的高质量项目集群,其注重文化元素的提炼、文化品牌的塑造、环境氛围的营造和综合业态的布局,以生产、生活、生态多元统一,高质量发展为目标,项目构架包括核心吸引物、旅居度假区、产业支撑区、综合配套区、运营管理中心等5个部分组成,主要有“马旅游聚焦”模式“、马旅游+”产业模式“、产业+”马旅游模式等3种发展模式。This study adopts literature review,field research,and other methods to conduct an in-depth investigation into the connotation,characteristics,and models of Equine tourism characteristic towns in Inner Mongolia.The aim is to promote the standardized and healthy development of these towns and provide references for the high-quality growth of Equine tourism in the region.The research suggests that Equine tourism characteristic towns are high-quality project clusters built on the foundation of premium-quality horse tourism and horse industry resources.These towns emphasize the refinement of cultural elements,the creation of cultural brands,the construction of environmental atmosphere and layout of comprehensive business models,with the overarching goal of achieving diversified yet unified production,life,and ecology,and high-quality development.The project framework consists of five key components:core attractions,residential resort areas,industrial support zones,comprehensive supporting area,and operations management center.The main development models identified include the"horse tourism-focused"model,the"horse tourism plus industrial"model,and the"industry plus horse tourism"model.
