摘　　要：为进一步探讨数字技术在文旅资源动态保护和活态利用中的应用,本文首先分析了当前文旅数字化面临的品牌辨识度不高、产品体验性不足和营销传承度不高等发展困境。在此基础上,从数字赋能的前提、基础和关键三个维度构建了数字赋能文旅资源动态保护和活态利用的模型。然后从培育数字化文旅IP、构建数字化文旅资源库和创新数字化文旅营销载体三个方面为文旅资源的数字化转型、保护和活态利用提供了系统性解决路径和对策。研究结果表明,数字技术在提升文旅资源价值、增强用户体验和拓展市场规模具有关键作用。To further explore the application of digital technologies in the dynamic conservation and living utilization of cultural tourism resources,this paper first analyzes the current challenges faced by cultural tourism digitization,including low brand recognition,insufficient product experience,and poor marketing heritage.On the basis of this,a three-dimensional digital empowerment model is proposed,encompassing prerequisite conditions,technological infrastructure,and critical implementation strategies.The study then proposes systematic solutions and strategies for the digital transformation,conservation,and living utilization of cultural tourism resources through cultivating digital cultural tourism IP,building digital cultural tourism resource database,and innovating digital marketing platforms.The findings indicate that Digital technologies play a pivotal role in enhancing the value of cultural tourism resources,optimizing user experience,and expanding market potential.
