摘 要:海上油田稠油热采蒸汽吞吐开发过程中,不仅要克服地层原油黏度大和地层非均质性、流度比差异及蒸汽超覆等因素,还面临着稠油动用难度大和吸汽剖面不均的问题。本文自主研发3种耐温耐盐降黏起泡剂,用于降低地层中稠油黏度,并利用泡沫的选择封堵性进行剖面调整。结果表明:JP-1降黏起泡剂对稠油降黏率能够达到99.3%,起泡高度达到635mL,析液半衰期达到588s;在高温、低温老化后,降黏起泡剂仍然拥有较好的降黏和起泡性能。最终根据评价结果,选取JP-1降黏起泡剂开发中试产品工艺。In the process of steam injection and development for heavy oil thermal recovery in offshore oil fields,the factors such as high viscosity and heterogeneity,differences in flow ratio,and steam overlap are very important,high viscosity of heavy oil and uneven steam absorption profile are also faced.In this paper,three temperature and salt resistant viscosity reducing foaming agents were developed to reduce the viscosity of heavy oil in the formation and using the selective plugging property of foam for profile adjustment.The experimental results showed that the viscosity reduction rate of heavy oil could reach 99.3%,the foaming height could reach 635 mL and the half-life of the liquid could reach 588 s.It has good compatibility with the formation water and resistance to high and low temperatures.Based on the experimental formula,the optimal viscosity reducing foaming agent JP-1 was selected,and a pilot product process was developed.
