上海内河集装箱运输的交通碳减排贡献分析

摘  要:为更好地响应国家“碳达峰”“碳中和”战略和运输结构调整要求,提升长三角交通绿色发展水平,全面推进上海国际航运中心建设,研究分析上海内河集装箱运输的交通减排降碳贡献。首先,结合样本行驶里程计算法、能耗统计法,建立公路集装箱运输和内河集装箱运输碳排放量计算公式;其次,利用情景分析法和安吉港至上海港间的内河集装箱运输实例,通过调整运输方式、优化能源类型、改善航道条件等措施,量化论证内河集装箱运输对区域减排降碳、推进绿色交通发展的作用;最后,为进一步促进内河集装箱运输业发展,提出加快河海直达通道建设,持续鼓励“公转水”、推广清洁能源船舶运输等建议。In order to better respond to the strategy of reaching the peak of carbon neutrality,transportation structure adjustment requirements,and enhance the development of green transportation in the Yangtze River Delta and the comprehensive construction of the Shanghai International Shipping Center,the contribution of Shanghai inland container transport is analyzed to carbon emission reduction in transportation.Firstly,carbon emission calculation formulas for highway container transport and inland container transport were established based on sample mileage calculation method and energy consumption statistics method.Then scenario analysis and the example of inland container transport between Anji Port and Shanghai Port were used to quantify and demonstrate the role of inland container transport in regional emission reduction and promote the development of green transportation through adjusting the mode of transportation,optimizing the type of energy,improving the channel conditions and other measures.Finally,to further promote the development of inland container transport,it is recommended to accelerate the construction of river to sea direct channels,encourage optimize transportation structure and promote clean energy ships.
