摘  要:为扭转厦门公共交通出行持续下降趋势,提高公共交通出行效率和“最后一公里”接驳便利性,研究制定大中运量成网下的公共交通一体化接驳策略。首先,梳理厦门岛公共交通发展面临机遇与挑战;其次,基于“出行即服务”理念建立“骨干公交+绿色接驳”出行服务链,并设定发展总体目标和分项指标;最后,围绕公交出行效率提升和便利性进行补链、强链,从分区接驳差异化、骨干公交成网、MaaS公交串联、自行车强路径和步行道提密度等5个方面提出推动厦门岛公共交通一体化发展策略和行动建议。通过公共交通系统内部融合和联合外部绿色接驳双向发力,以期推动厦门岛公共交通一体化良性发展。In order to alleviate the continuous downward trend of public transport,improve the efficiency of public transport and the convenience of"last mile"connection,a public transport integrated connection strategy was formulated under the large and medium capacity public transport network.Firstly,the opportunities and challenges faced by the development of public transport in Xiamen Island were sorted out.Secondly,based on the concept of mobility-as-a-service,a"backbone bus+green connection"public transport travel service chain was proposed,and the overall development goals and sub-indicators were set.Finally,the strategy and action suggestions from five aspects:differentiation of regional connection,backbone bus network,MaaS bus series,bicycle strong path,and walking path density for promoting the integrated development of public transport in Xiamen Island were put forward from differentiated connection from different districts,forming a network of backbone public transportation,MaaS public transportation connection,strengthening bicycle paths,and increasing the density of pedestrian paths to improve the efficiency and convenience of public transport travel.Through the internal integration of the public transport system and the joint efforts of external green connections to promote the integrated development of public transport.
