摘  要:在宽幅斜拉桥的挂篮施工过程中,斜拉桥的节段过程变形量受到混凝土湿重、挂篮刚度、一二次过程索力等多方面因素的影响。以佛山市番海大桥工程为实例,基于有限元软件Midas/Civil建立了挂篮节段施工模型及斜拉桥整体施工阶段模型。通过静载试验和施工过程数据反馈,对模型进行了参数分析与修正。研究结果表明,挂篮刚度与一二次索力作为过程参数,对节段浇筑完成至成桥阶段的施工变形值影响较小,主要作用于当前施工节段的过程变形。优化挂篮刚度和索力值可以缩小变形范围,有效控制当前节段的过程变形。通过建立宽幅斜拉桥施工控制模型,提出了节段施工模拟参数的优化建议,为实际工程中宽幅斜拉桥的变形控制提供了理论依据和技术支持。During the construction process of wide cable-stayed bridges,the segmental deformation of a bridge is influenced by multiple factors,including concrete wet weight,basket stiffness,and cable tension.Taking the Foshan Bay Bridge in Foshan City as an example,finite element models of both segmental construction and the overall construction stages are established using Midas/Civil software.Through static load tests and feedbacks from construction process data,the models are analyzed and adjusted for parameters.The results indicate that basket stiffness and primary/secondary cable forces,as process parameters,have a minor impact on the construction deformation from the segment pouring phase to the final bridge stage,primarily affecting the process deformation of the current construction segment.Optimizing basket stiffness and cable forces values can reduce the deformation range and effectively control the process deformation of the current segment.By establishing a construction control model for wide cable-stayed bridges,optimization suggestions for segmental construction simulation parameters are proposed,providing theoretical basis and technical support for deformation control in practical wide cable-stayed bridge projects.
