摘  要:三维编织蜂窝应用于多领域,可在蜂窝夹层结构中承受剪切力和实现其他功能,是实现夹层结构高弯曲刚度和强度的重要部分。选用T300 1K碳纤维作为原材料,通过织物工艺参数匹配方法设计层间强度高且自由边与接结边等厚的蜂窝材料,完成对碳纤维蜂窝预制体壁厚均一性研究;同时针对小丝束碳纤维蜂窝织物的制备进行优化,改善小丝束碳纤维的起毛断纱现象,实现碳纤维蜂窝织物的高效低损伤制备,成功完成壁厚0.40 mm、边长16.5 mm的等壁厚小丝束碳纤维蜂窝织物的制备。Three-dimensional braided honeycomb is used in many fields,which can bear shear force and realize other functions in honeycomb sandwich structure.It is an important part of realizing high bending stiffness and strength of sandwich structure.T300 1K carbon fiber was selected as the raw material,and the honeycomb material with high interlayer strength and equal thickness of free edge and joint edge was designed by the matching method of fabric process parameters,and the uniformity of wall thickness of carbon fiber honeycomb preform was studied.At the same time,the preparation of small tow carbon fiber honeycomb fabric was optimized to improve the fluffing and yarn breaking phenomenon of small tow carbon fiber,and the carbon fiber honeycomb fabric with high efficiency and low damage preparation was realized.The small tow carbon fiber honeycomb fabric with equal wall thickness of 0.40 mm and side length of 16.5 mm was successfully prepared.
