摘 要:研究了44 dtex/12 f再生聚酰胺66全拉伸丝(FDY)的生产工艺,探讨了再生聚合物熔体制备、分子质量及分布、纺丝组件过滤精度、纺丝温度、缓冷温度及高度、侧吹风条件、热辊温度、拉伸倍数等工艺参数对生产的影响。结果表明,选择合适的固相增黏温度与时间、(305±2)℃纺丝温度、295℃缓冷温度、(20±2)℃侧吹风风温、0.10~0.15 m/s风速、65%~70%湿度等优化后的工艺参数,生产稳定,纤维断裂强度达到6.5 c N/dtex以上,干热收缩率为3.8%~4.2%,染色合格品率在95%以上,染色均匀度为4级。再生切片添加质量分数由20%提高到30%,再生纤维质量指标相比原生纤维均有不同程度的下降。生产的再生聚酰胺66纤维经客户使用验证,效果良好。The production process of 44 dtex/12 f regenerated polyamide 66 fully drawn yarn(FDY) was studied,and the effects of process parameters such as the preparation of regenerated polymer melt,molecular weight and distribution,filtration accuracy of spinning components,spinning temperature,slow cooling temperature and height,side blowing conditions,hot roller temperature,stretching ratio on production were discussed.The results show that by selecting appropriate solid-phase viscosity increasing temperature and time,spinning temperature of(305±2) ℃,slow cooling temperature of 295 ℃,wind temperature of(20±2) ℃,wind speed of 0.10-0.15 m/s,humidity of 65%-70%,and other optimized process parameters,the production is stable.The fracture strength of fiber is over 6.5 c N/dtex,a dry heat shrinkage rate is 3.8%-4.2%,a qualified dyeing product rate is over 95%,and a dyeing uniformity is 4 levels.The mass fraction of regenerated slices increases from 20% to 30%,and the physical properties and quality of regenerated fibers decrease to varying degrees.The regenerated polyamide 66 fibers produced have been validated by customers and have shown good results.
