摘  要:以生物基香草醛(VAN)和4,4'-二硫代二苯胺(AFD)为原料合成了一种含亚胺和二硫双动态共价键的环氧固化剂(VAN-AFD),通过傅里叶红外光谱和核磁共振波谱表征了固化剂的化学结构。利用VAN-AFD对环氧树脂单体进行固化,得到的环氧树脂固化物具有优良的力学和热学性能,其拉伸强度为70.3 MPa,玻璃化转变温度为112℃。由于在环氧树脂交联结构中引入了两种动态共价键,VAN-AFD固化的环氧树脂可以在常温己胺溶液或2-巯基乙醇溶液中在发生化学降解,且在己胺溶液中表现出更快的降解速率。以VAN-AFD固化环氧树脂为基体制备了碳纤维增强复合材料,其拉伸强度为716 MPa,且可通过在己胺溶液中降解树脂基体实现无损回收碳纤维。A curing agent(VAN-AFD) based on imine and disulfide dual-dynamic covalent bonds was synthesized using bio-based vanillin(VAN) and 4,4'-dithiodianiline(AFD) as raw materials.Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy were used to verify the chemical structure of the curing agent.The epoxy resin monomer was cured with VAN-AFD.The cured epoxy resin exhibited excellent mechanical and thermal properties,with a tensile strength of 70.3 MPa and a glass transition temperature of 112 ℃.Due to the two introduced dynamic covalent bonds,the epoxy resin cured with VANAFD could degrade in hexylamine and 2-mercaptoethanol solutions at room temperature,with a faster degradation rate in hexylamine solution.Furtherly,a carbon fiber reinforced composites was prepared using VAN-AFD cured epoxy resin as the matrix.The resulting composites exhibited superior tensile strength(716 MPa) and could be recycled without damage through the degradation of the resin matrix in hexylamine solution.
