摘  要:应用整体成型工艺制备了夹芯结构复合材料试验件,通过力学性能测试试验研究了不同成型工艺对平面拉伸、三点弯曲和面/芯弯曲性能的影响。结果表明,二次胶接成型试验件的平面拉伸和弯曲性能最好,共固化成型试验件的面/芯弯曲性能最好。采用共固化工艺制备夹芯结构复合材料时,选择合适的温度和压力对面板进行预固化,既能提高制件的表面质量、平拉和弯曲性能,还能保证制件拥有较高的胶接强度。Composite specimens with sandwich structure were prepared by integral molding process.The effects of different molding processes on the properties of plane tensile,three-point bending and surface/core bending were studied by mechanical properties test.The results show that the plane tensile and bending properties of the specimens formed by secondary bonding are the best,and the surface/core bending properties of the co-curing test piece are the best.When co-curing process is used to prepare sandwich composites,the pre-curing of the panel by selecting appropriate temperature and pressure can not only improve the surface quality,plane tensile and bending properties of the parts,but also ensure the high bonding strength of the parts.
