摘  要:为分析混凝土抗冲击性能与所用纤维参数之间关联性,以聚丙烯腈纤维为例,取纤维掺量为0.6、0.9、1.2 kg/m^(3),纤维长度为6、9、12 mm分别配制纤维混凝土,同时配制其余条件均相同的素混凝土以作对照,分别测试各组混凝土抗冲击性能。结果显示:采用450 mm冲击高度时,相比素混凝土,掺入聚丙烯腈纤维的混凝土试件破坏情况更小,表明抗冲击性能均得到显著改善;采用不同长度纤维时,纤维混凝土抗冲击性能存在显著差异,其中纤维长度为12 mm时性能改良最佳,9 mm组次之,6 mm组最次,可见试验范围内纤维长度越大则混凝土抗冲击性能越强;相同纤维长度的条件下,纤维混凝土抗冲击性能随着纤维掺量的增加表现为先增加后降低的发展趋势。In order to analyze the correlation between the impact resistance of concrete and the fiber parameters used,polyacrylonitrile fiber was taken as an example.Fiber reinforced concrete was prepared with fiber contents of 0.6 kg/m~3,0.9 kg/m~3,and 1.2 kg/m~3,and fiber lengths of 6 mm,9 mm,and 12 mm,respectively.Meanwhile,plain concrete with the same other conditions was prepared as a control to test the impact resistance of each group of concrete.The results show that when the impact height is 450 mm,compared with plain concrete,the concrete specimens with polyacrylonitrile fiber have less damage,indicating that the impact resistance has been significantly improved.When different fiber lengths are used,the impact resistance of fiber concrete is significantly different,in which the fiber length of 12 mm is the best,followed by the 9 mm group,and the 6 mm group.It can be seen that the larger the fiber length in the test range,the stronger the impact resistance of concrete.Under the condition of the same fiber length,the impact resistance of fiber concrete increases first and then decreases with the increase of fiber content.
