摘　　要：DeepSeek是中国AI大模型的典型代表。在基础层面,DeepSeek继承并学习了其他大模型的理论和技术,在算力、算法和数据三方面走的是一条学习借鉴之路。在技术层面,它对芯片算力进行了深度挖掘,对算法模型进行了优化改进,并对数据资源进行了筛选和优化,从而走出了一条优化创新之路。在应用层面,它通过降低成本、落地应用、开源普及,用尽可能小的资金和算力投入,开发出了功能强大的大模型;同时,通过开源普及赢得了广泛的信任,为自己的未来技术生态打下了坚实的基础。这是一条当前最切合中国国情的技术创新之路,是中国式现代化在科技创新领域的生动实践,对中国的技术创新具有普遍性的理论和现实意义。DeepSeek is a representative example of China’s large AI models.It has achieved world-shaking results in a short time,carving out a path of innovation with distinct Chinese characteristics,especially in the field of AI and large models.Such success is built on three core pillars:learning and drawing on the wisdom of predecessors at the foundational level,innovating through technological optimization,and boldly surpassing boundaries in application.At the foundational level,DeepSeek inherits and learns from the theories and technologies of other large models,following a path of learning and adaptation in computing power,algorithms,and data.At the technological level,it has deeply explored chip computing power,optimized algorithmic models,and refined data resources,forging a path of optimization and innovation.In terms of application,DeepSeek has built a powerful large model with minimal financial and computational input by lowering operational costs,promoting implementation,and promoting open-source initiatives,rapidly achieving real-world applications.Meanwhile,it has won widespread trust through its open-source initiatives,laying a solid foundation for its future technological ecosystem.This model suggests the path of technological innovation that best suits China’s national conditions.It effectively exemplifies Chinese-style modernization in the field of scientific and technological innovation,providing significant theoretical and practical implications for China’s technological innovation.
