摘 要:通过水热合成与高温碳化两步法制备了碳表面修饰的Co/MgAlO催化剂,并研究了其在硝基苯加氢反应中的催化性能。结果表明,Co/MgAlO@C_(X)催化剂在加氢反应中表现出对硝基苯的高转化率和对苯胺的高选择性。通过多种表征技术分析催化剂的结构,探讨了碳引入对催化剂比表面积及催化性能的影响。研究发现,Co/MgAlO@C_(X)催化剂外层石墨烯壳层与金属Co之间形成了强的电子相互作用,即莫特-肖特基效应,显著提升了催化剂的催化活性。在80℃、1 MPa H_2的反应条件下,Co/MgAlO@C_(2)-800催化剂在2 h内的转化率达到88.6%,显著高于其他对比催化剂。Co/MgAlO catalysts that are modified by carbon on their surface are prepared via a two-step hydrothermal synthesis and high-temperature carbonization methods,and their catalytic performances are evaluated in the hydrogenation of nitrobenzene.Study results show that the prepared Co/MgAlO@C_(X)catalysts lead to a high conversion rate for nitrobenzene and a high selectivity for aniline in the catalytic hydrogenation reaction.Various characterization techniques are utilized to analyze the structure of the catalysts,and the influence of carbon modification on the specific surface area and catalytic performance of the catalysts is further explored.It is found from the study that the graphene shell layer on the surface of Co/MgAlO@C_(X)catalysts forms a strong electronic interaction with Co,resulting in the Mott-Schottky effect,which significantly enhances the catalytic activity of the catalysts.Under the reaction conditions of 80℃and 1 MPa H_(2),Co/MgAlO@C_(2)-800 catalyst delivers a conversion rate of 88.6%for nitrobenzene in 2 hours,significantly higher than that of other comparative catalysts.
