载体晶粒尺寸对AuPd/CePO_(4)催化苯甲醇氧化性能的影响

摘  要:以硝酸铈和磷酸氢二铵为原料,通过调控水热合成温度制备了3种不同晶粒尺寸的CePO_(4)纳米棒(CePO_(4)-100、CePO_(4)-150和CePO_(4)-200),利用溶胶-固载法负载AuPd合金,将制备的AuPd/CePO_(4)催化剂应用于苯甲醇无溶剂催化氧化性能研究。结果表明,CePO_(4)的晶粒尺寸对AuPd/CePO_(4)的苯甲醇催化氧化性能产生显著影响,且AuPd/CePO_(4)催化剂表现出较好的循环稳定性。同时,利用XRD、TEM、XPS和ICP-AES等手段对催化剂结构进行表征分析,发现载体上合适的晶粒尺寸和规整的形貌有利于在其表面形成较为丰富的活性氧物种,并使负载的AuPd颗粒尺寸更小,是AuPd/CePO_(4)-150取得优异催化性能的关键。Using cerium nitrate and diammonium hydrogen phosphate as raw materials,three types of CePO_(4)nanorods(CePO_(4)-100,CePO_(4)-150,and CePO_(4)-200)with different grain sizes are prepared through adjusting the hydrothermal synthesis temperature.Subsequently,AuPd alloy is loaded onto CePO_(4)nanorods via the sol-immobilization method to prepare AuPd/CePO_(4)catalysts that are employed for the solvent-free catalytic oxidation of benzyl alcohol.Results indicate that the grain size of CePO_(4)significantly impacts on the catalytic performance of AuPd/CePO_(4)for benzyl alcohol oxidation,and the prepared AuPd/CePO_(4)catalyst exhibits good cyclic stability.Additionally,the catalyst structure is analyzed and characterized by means of XRD,TEM,XPS,and ICP-AES.It is found that an appropriate grain size and regular morphology of the support facilitates the formation of the richer surface active oxygen species on the catalyst surface,and followed for the smaller AuPd particle size,which are the key factors contributing to the superior catalytic performance of AuPd/CePO_(4)-150.
