摘  要:为了研究碳纤维不锈钢网格(CSN-W)和碳纤维网格(CFN)对混凝土梁的加固效果,对4个混凝土梁进行抗折试验,分析界面剂、加固材料种类对混凝土梁的抗折性能影响。结果表明,采用两端锚固压条,聚合物砂浆粘贴CSN-W和CFN对混凝土梁进行加固可提高混凝土梁抗折承载力。界面剂可提高CSN-W、聚合物砂浆和混凝土梁的界面性能。混凝土梁涂抹界面剂,聚合物砂浆粘贴两层CSN-W的加固效果最好,其次是混凝土梁涂抹界面剂,聚合物砂浆粘贴两层CFN,最后为混凝土梁无涂抹界面剂,聚合物砂浆粘贴两层CSN-W。碳纤维网格中混编钢丝可改变加固混凝土梁的破坏形式,CSN-W加固混凝土梁的破坏形式属于延性破坏,CFN加固混凝土梁的破坏形式属于脆性破坏。In order to study the reinforcement effect of carbon&steel-wire net(CSN-W)and carbon fiber net(CFN)on concrete beams,flexural tests are conducted on four concrete beams to analyze the influence of interface agents and types of reinforcement materials on the flexural performance of concrete beams.The results show that using two end anchoring pressure strips and bonding CSN-W and CFN with polymer mortar to reinforce concrete beams can improve their flexural bearing capacity.Interface agents can improve the interfacial performance of CSN-W,polymer mortar,and concrete beams.The reinforcement effect of applying interface agent to concrete beams and bonding two layers of CSN-W with polymer mortar is the best,followed by applying interface agent to concrete beams and bonding two layers of CFN with polymer mortar,and finally no interface agent applied to concrete beams and bonding two layers of CSN-W with mortar.Mixing steel wires into carbon fiber net can change the failure mode of reinforced concrete beams.The failure mode of CSN-W reinforced concrete beams belongs to ductile failure,while the failure mode of CFN reinforced concrete beams belongs to brittle failure.
