摘 要:通过XRD、TG-DTA、SEM、有效钙含量、活性度测定等方法研究影响低温煅烧高活性石灰性能的因素。结果表明,石灰石细度、煅烧制度、外加剂种类和掺量是影响石灰活性的重要因素。当石灰石粉体平均粒径小于15.33μm时,分别掺少量Na_(2)CO_(3)和K_(2)CO_(3)的石灰石,以15℃/min的速率升温至1000℃后保温4h可促进活性石灰中有效钙含量增加,Na_(2)CO_(3)的促进作用优于K_(2)CO_(3),其中掺2%Na_(2)CO_(3)煅烧试样中有效氧化钙含量高达95.55%,活性度为410mL。扫描电镜结果表明,掺2%Na_(2)CO_(3)煅烧的高活性石灰为粒度2~3μm的粘连颗粒,颗粒间孔隙较发达。本文研究结论可为探索低温煅烧制备高活性石灰的最佳生产工艺参数提供依据。The main influencing factors of the high-activity lime calcined at low temperatures are studied using analytical techniques such as XRD,TG-DTA,SEM,effective calcium content determination,and activity testing.The results show that the fineness of limestone,calcination system,the types and amounts of additives are important factors affecting the activity of lime.When the fineness of limestone is D50<15.33μm,adding small amounts of Na_(2)CO_(3)or K_(2)CO_(3)to the limestone can promote the increase of effective calcium content in active lime after calcined at 1000℃for 4 hours with heating rate of 15℃/min.The promotion effect of Na_(2)CO_(3)is superior to that of K_(2)CO_(3).The calcined samples adding 2%Na_(2)CO_(3)show the highest content of active calcium oxide of 95.55%,and the activity is 410 mL.The scanning electron microscope analysis results show that the particle size of the calcined high-activity lime with 2%Na_(2)CO_(3)is 2~3μm,and there are many pores between the adhering particles.This study aims to provide the basis for the optimal production process parameters of low temperature calcination preparation of high activity lime.
