摘 要:随着碳中和目标的推进,对建筑进行准确的环境影响评估越来越重要。以北方某商业办公建筑为例,使用中国国检测试控股集团股份有限公司牵头开发的“重点原材料行业双碳公共服务平台”下的生命周期评估工具及配套数据库进行初始隐含碳评估。结果表明,建材生产阶段产生了最多的初始隐含碳排放。造成初始隐含碳强度差异的原因与建筑本身及施工方式有关,也与碳排放计算过程涉及参数有关。可行的初始隐含碳减碳策略分为技术层面和政策层面,技术层面包括使用清洁能源生产建材、生产中使用替代原燃料、提升生产装备能效,建材使用环节应选择环保建材、实施循环经济战略及供应链优化等,环境政策层面可实施建材碳标签认证。With the advancement of carbon neutrality,it is becoming increasingly important to conduct accurate environmental impact assessments for buildings.Taking a commercial office building in the north as a case study,the initial embodied carbon assessment is conducted using the life cycle assessment tool and accompanying database of the“Carbon Peaking and Carbon Neutrality Public Service Platform”developed by China Testing&Certification International Group Co.,Ltd.The results show that the production stage of building materials generates the most initial embodied carbon emissions.The reasons for the initial implicit carbon intensity differences are related to the building itself and construction methods,as well as the parameters involved in the calculation process of carbon emissions.Feasible initial implicit carbon reduction strategies can be divided into technical and policy levels.The technical level strategies include using clean energy to produce building materials,using alternative raw materials in production,and improving the energy efficiency of production equipment.Environmentally friendly building materials should be selected in the use stage,and circular economy strategies and supply chain optimization can be implemented.At the level of environmental policy,carbon labeling certification for building materials can be implemented.
