摘 要:机制砂生产过程会产生大量尾粉,对环境造成严重威胁,亟需探寻最佳处理途径。本文提出将尾粉以矿物掺合料的形式应用于混凝土生产。分析了尾粉吸附性,通过试验分析了尾粉对C30、C40及C50强度等级混凝土流动性、力学性能及抗冻性能的影响规律。结果表明,相比于纯石粉,尾粉MB值更高,吸附性更强;尾粉掺量为12%时混凝土流动性提升幅度最大;尾粉掺量为6%时C30、C40及C50强度等级混凝土28d抗压强度分别增大3.48%、3.28%及3.52%,且抗冻性能得到大幅提升;尾粉最佳掺量为6%。The production process of manufactured sand will produce a large amount of tail powder,which poses a serious threat to the environment,and it is urgent to explore the best treatment method.Therefore,this paper proposes to apply tail powder to concrete in the form of mineral admixtures.Firstly,the adsorption of tail powder is analyzed.The effects of tailings powder on the fluidity,and the mechanical properties and frost resistance of C30,C40 and C50 strength grade concrete are analyzed by experiments.The results show that compared with pure stone powder,the MB value of tail powder is higher and the adsorbability is stronger.When the content of tailings powder is 12%,the fluidity of concrete increases the most.When the content of tail powder is 6%,the 28-day compressive strength of C30,C40 and C50 strength grade concrete increases by 3.48%,3.28%and 3.52%respectively,and the frost resistance is greatly improved.And the optimum content of tail powder is 6%.
