摘  要:自密实混凝土在地铁、高铁建设中被大量应用,如何解决自密实混凝土在长距离运输中出现的大面积离析、浮浆和石子下沉等现象成为研究重点。中铁四局四公司联合中南大学团队依托雄安至大兴机场快线项目研发了新型自密实混凝土中转料斗,在一定程度上解决了自密实混凝土长距离、长时间运输产生的离析等问题,但仍存在不足。本研究在新型中转料斗原有基础上增加了自密实混凝土状态微调系统,能有效控制自密实混凝土的实时状态,达到灌注标准,极大降低自密实混凝土的损耗。Self-compacting concrete is widely used in subway and high-speed railway construction.How to solve the phenomenon of large-scale segregation,floating slurry and stone sinking in self-compacting concrete in long-distance transportation has become a focus of current research.The Fourth Company of China Railway No.4 Engineering Group and the team of Central South University developed a new self-compacting concrete transfer hopper based on Xiong’an to Daxing Airport express project.To a certain extent,it solves the segregation problems caused by long distance and long time transportation of self-compacting concrete,but there are still some shortcomings.In this study,the self-compacting concrete state fine-tuning system is added to the new transfer hopper,which can effectively control the real-time state of self-compacting concrete to meet the pouring requirement,and greatly reduces the loss of self-compacting concrete.
