摘 要:为了研究放射性金属废物化学去污工艺,以SXEOC型去污剂、不锈钢和碳钢金属废物为研究对象,对去污温度、时间及去污剂浓度等工艺参数进行正交试验研究,对试验结果进行极差分析,同时对优选工艺参数进行工程验证。结果表明:SXEOC去污剂对污染水平在0~95Bq/cm^(2)的不锈钢和碳钢均表现出良好的去污性能,对不锈钢的去污效果更佳;单因素影响下,去污剂浓度越大,去污温度越高,去污时间越长其去污效果越好;多因素耦合影响下,SXEOC去污剂对不锈钢金属废物的去污效果受温度影响较显著,对碳钢金属废物的去污效果受去污剂浓度影响较显著。In order to study the chemical decontamination process of radioactive metal wastes,SXEOC-type decontaminant,stainless steel wastes and carbon steel wastes with low level of radioactivity are taken as research objects,and orthogonal tests are conducted to investigate the process parameters such as decontamination temperature,decontamination time and decontaminant concentration.The results are analyzed in terms of extreme variance.The preferred process parameters are then validated by engineering.The results show that SXEOC decontaminant shows good decontamination performance on stainless steel and carbon steel with contamination levels of 0~95 Bq/cm^(2),and the decontamination effect on stainless steel is better.Under the influence of a single factor,the greater the concentration of the decontaminant,the higher the decontamination temperature,and the longer the time of decontamination,the better the decontamination effect.Under the influence of multi-factor coupling,the decontamination effect of SXEOC decontaminant on stainless steel metal waste is more significantly affected by temperature,and the decontamination effect on carbon steel metal waste is more significantly affected by decontaminant concentration.
