摘　　要：全域土地综合整治是新时期提高土地利用效率、促进城乡融合发展的重要手段。本文在分析传统土地整治与全域土地综合整治差异的基础上,结合城乡融合背景,剖析城乡融合发展与全域土地综合整治在目标、过程和效益之间的关系,并提出全域土地综合整治促进城乡融合发展的路径:1)促进城乡要素双向流动;2)推动城乡产业融合发展;3)引导城乡利益分配均衡;4)建设城乡宜人宜居环境。Comprehensive land consolidation is an important means to improve land use efficiency and promote urban-rural integration development in the new era.On the basis of analyzing the differences between traditional land consolidation and comprehensive land consolidation,this article combines the background of urban-rural integration to analyze the relationship between the goals,processes,and benefits of urban-rural integration development and comprehensive land consolidation.It proposes a path for comprehensive land consolidation to promote urban-rural integration development:1)promoting the two-way flow of urban-rural factors,2)promoting the integrated development of urban and rural industries,3)guiding balanced distribution of interests between urban and rural areas,and 4)building a pleasant and livable environment in both urban and rural areas.
