摘  要:为解决普朗铜矿采矿区表层冰碛物原位注浆浆液渗透困难的问题,研究了水玻璃基化学注浆材料组分对浆液可注性和固结体强度的影响,并采用管道模拟注浆对其可注性及固结体强度进行了验证。结果表明:提高水玻璃波美度能够缩短浆液的凝胶生成时间,少量掺入偶联剂可显著提升浆液的可注性,但过多的掺量对可注性影响不大;在改性固化剂的最佳掺量范围内,提高改性固化剂掺量,浆液的初始黏度值增加。改性固化剂掺量超过最佳值后浆液的初始黏度有所下降,浆液可注性提高,但固结体强度降低;通过调控水玻璃波美度、改性固化剂和偶联剂之间的掺量及比例,获得了最优的浆液可注性和冰碛物固结体强度的水玻璃基化学注浆固结材料;模拟注浆试验表明,在0.5~1.0 MPa注浆压力下,最优配比的注浆液可在4~7 min内完成对冰碛物重塑体的渗透注浆,注浆率达到13%以上,28 d固结体强度最低达到2.58 MPa,注浆液的可注性和冰碛物固结体的抗压强度均达到工程要求。To solve the problem of difficult penetration of in-situ grouting slurry for surface glacial deposits of the mining area in Pulang Copper Mine,the influence of sodium silicate-based chemical grouting material components on the injectability of the slurry and the strength of the consolidated body was studied,and the injectability and strength of the consolidated body were verified using pipeline simulation grouting.The results showed that increasing the Baume degree of sodium silicate can shorten the gel formation time of the slurry,and the small amount of coupling agent can significantly improve the perfusion ability of the slurry,but the excessive amount of coupling agent had little effect on the perfusion ability;Within the optimal dosage range of the modified curing agent,increasing the dosage of the modified curing agent would increase the initial viscosity value of the slurry.When the dosage exceeded the optimal value,the initial viscosity of the slurry decreased,which was beneficial for improving the injectability of the slurry.However,the strength of the solidified body was decreased;By adjusting the Baume degree of sodium silicate,the amount and proportion of sodium silicate,modified curing agent and coupling agent,the optimal perfusion ability of slurry and strength of the solidified body of the moraine deposit can be obtained.The simulation grouting test showed that under the conditions of 0.5~1.0 MPa grouting pressure,the optimal grouting solution of grouting fluid was used to complete the infiltration grouting of the remolded moraine deposit in the pipeline mold within 4~7 min.The grouting rate reached over 13%,and the minimum strength of the consolidated body reached 2.58 MPa after 28 d.The perfusion ability of the grouting material and the compressive strength of the moraine consolidated body met the engineering requirements.
