摘  要:内蒙古某锡铜锌多金属矿在摇床重选选锡过程中的脱硫作业产生的高硫产品含铜0.56%、含锌1.55%、含银218.96 g/t、含锡0.86%、含硫20.58%,其中有价铜矿物主要为黝铜矿和黄铜矿,锌矿物主要为闪锌矿,锡矿物主要为锡石和黝锡矿,银主要赋存于黝铜矿中。为了提高资源的利用率,对现场高硫产品进行了铜银锌锡回收试验。结果表明,试样经活性炭脱药后,使用GYS-Y1抑硫,在粗磨情况下采用优先浮铜银工艺,获得了铜品位10.89%,银品位3867.51 g/t,铜回收率77.40%,银回收率70.30%的铜银精矿;选铜尾矿采用活化浮锌工艺,粗选使用GYS-Y1抑硫,精选使用石灰强化抑硫,获得了锌品位40.68%,银品位452.33 g/t,锌回收率67.71%,银回收率5.33%的锌精矿;对选锌主体尾矿进行浮硫,获得了硫品位32.53%,硫回收率72.75%的硫精矿,浮硫尾矿采用摇床重选回收锡,获得了锡品位11.47%,锡回收率19.62%的锡精矿,较好地实现了现场高硫产品中铜、银、锌、锡的高效回收。High sulfur products was generated during the desulfurization process in the shaking table gravity separation for tin in a Sn-Cu-Zn polymetallic ore in Inner Mongolia.The products contains Cu of 0.56%,Zn of 1.55%,Ag of 218.96 g/t,Sn of 0.86%,and S of 20.58%.The valuable copper minerals are primarily tetrahedrite and chalcopyrite,zinc minerals are mainly sphalerite,tin minerals are cassiterite and stannite,and silver is predominantly hosted in tetrahedrite.In order to enhance resource utilization,experiments were conducted to recover Cu,Ag,Zn and Sn from the on-site high sulfur products.The results showed that after reagent removal treatment with activated carbon,using GYS-Y1 as a sulfur depressant,and adopting a priority flotation process for Cu and Ag under rough grinding conditions,a Cu-Ag concentrate was obtained with Cu grade of 10.89%,Ag grade of 3867.51 g/t,Cu recovery rate of 77.40%,and Ag recovery rate of 70.30%.For the Cu flotation tailings,an activated zinc flotation process was applied.GYS-Y1 was used to depress sulfur during rougher flotation,and lime was added to enhance sulfur depression during cleaner flotation,yielding a Zn concentrate with Zn grade of 40.68%,Ag grade of 452.33 g/t,Zn recovery rate of 67.71%,and Ag recovery rate of 5.33%.The main Zn tailings were further subjected to sulfur flotation,producing a sulfur concentrate with S grade of 32.53% and recovery rate of 72.75%.Finally,tin was recovered from the sulfur flotation tailings via shaking table gravity separation,achieving a tin concentrate with Sn grade of 11.47% and recovery rate of 19.62%.This process efficiently recovered Cu,Ag,Zn,and Sn from the on-site sulfur concentrate.
