摘  要:我国西北某低品位金矿石Au品位为2.21 g/t,因黏土矿物绢云母等含量较高,导致现场浮选金精矿Au品位仅20 g/t左右,Au回收率仅80%左右,生产指标不理想。为解决生产中存在的问题,提高生产指标,采用新型矿泥分散剂植酸钠开展了系统的选矿试验,并对植酸钠分散矿泥的机理进行了分析。结果表明,采用1粗3精3扫、中矿顺序返回流程处理矿石,获得了Au品位30.80 g/t、Au回收率85.65%的金精矿,该指标显著高于生产指标,充分体现了植酸钠对矿泥的高效分散性。作用机理分析表明,绢云母细泥吸附在毒砂等矿物表面是造成现场分选指标不理想的根本原因;当矿浆中添加植酸钠后,绢云母对毒砂的罩盖行为得到了很好的消除;植酸钠会选择性吸附在绢云母表面,而基本不与毒砂表面发生吸附是植酸钠分散效果理想的根本原因。该研究结果对类似资源的开发具有指导意义。The gold ore in a certain low-grade gold mine in northwest China has an Au grade of 2.21 g/t.Due to the high content of clay minerals such as sericite,the Au grade of the gold concentrate obtained on-site through flotation is only about 20 g/t,and the Au recovery rate is only about 80%,which is not an ideal production index.In order to solve the problems existing in production and improve the production index,a systematic beneficiation test was carried out using the new mineral mud dispersant sodium phytate,and the mechanism of sodium phytate dispersing mineral mud was analyzed.The results showed that when the ore is processed by a one roughing,three cleaning,three scavenging process with sequential return of middlings,a gold concentrate with an Au grade of 30.80 g/t and an Au recovery rate of 85.65% is obtained.This index is significantly higher than the production index,fully demonstrating the efficient dispersion of sodium phytate on mineral mud.The mechanism analysis showed that the fundamental reason for the poor on-site separation index is the adsorption of fine sericite on the surface of minerals such as arsenopyrite.When sodium phytate is added to the pulp,the covering behavior of sericite on arsenopyrite is well eliminated.Sodium phytate selectively adsorbs on the surface of sericite and hardly adsorbs on the surface of arsenopyrite,which is the fundamental reason for the ideal dispersion effect of sodium phytate.The research results have guiding significance for the development of similar resources.
