摘  要:为了研究高溜井卸矿过程中粉尘的产生和分布及其影响因素,提出合理有效的粉尘控制措施,根据相似原理,建立了多中段高溜井的相似试验模型,通过改变卸矿试验过程的参数条件,监测粉尘浓度的分布特性,并对其主要影响因素进行了灰色关联分析。结果表明:卸矿时底部中段粉尘浓度及粉尘沉降时间都远大于上部中段;卸矿流量越大及卸矿高度越高,粉尘平均浓度越高;粉尘浓度随矿石粒径及溜井阻力系数增大而减小;矿石含水率增加卸矿口粉尘浓度显著下降,含水率超过3.5%时,粉尘浓度下降趋势较缓;卸矿口粉尘浓度与矿石含水率、卸矿高度关联度最高,其次是溜井阻力系数、卸矿流量和矿石粒径大小。试验结果与现场测试数据相吻合,为有针对性地提出高溜井粉尘控制措施提供了理论基础。In order to study the generation and distribution of dust during the unloading process of high pass and its influencing factors,reasonable and effective dust control measures were proposed.Based on the similarity principle,a similarity experimental model for multiple middle section high pass was established.By changing the parameter conditions of the unloading experimental process,the distribution characteristics of dust concentration were monitored,and the main influencing factors were analyzed using grey correlation analysis.The results show that the dust concentration and settling time in the middle section of the bottom are much higher than those in the middle section of the upper part during ore unloading.The larger the discharge flow rate,the higher the discharge height,and the higher the average dust concentration.The dust concentration decreases with the increase of ore particle size and the resistance coefficient of the pass.The dust concentration at the unloading port significantly decreases with the increase of ore moisture content.When the moisture content exceeds 3.5%,the downward trend of dust concentration is relatively slow.The dust concentration at the unloading port significantly decreases with the increase of ore moisture content.When the moisture content exceeds 3.5%,the downward trend of dust concentration is relatively slow.The dust concentration at the unloading port is most closely related to the ore moisture content and unloading height,followed by the resistance coefficient of the pass,unloading flow rate,and particle size of the ore.The experimental results are consistent with the on-site test data,providing a theoretical basis for proposing targeted dust control measures for high pass shafts.
