摘  要:为厘清不同配比条件下微硅粉基激发剂的激发效果和控制机理,以河道沉积粉煤灰和磷尾矿为原料、新型微硅粉为激发剂制备地质聚合物注浆材料试件,并采用X射线衍射仪、傅里叶变换红外光谱和能谱/扫描电镜等手段对地质聚合物注浆材料的物理力学性能、元素矿物组成和微观组构进行了系统分析。结果表明,利用微硅粉基激发剂制备的地质聚合物注浆材料试件胶结紧密、结石率高、抗压强度高,具有良好的工作性能。微区分析表明,微硅粉基激发剂促进了粉煤灰/磷尾矿中的低聚合度硅铝质反应单体的溶出,促进了Ca^(2+)在地聚物胶体中的富集,微硅粉的微集料效应还优化了地聚物注浆材料的收缩性和宏观力学性能,对地质聚合物反应起到显著的激发和促进作用。In order to clarify the excitation effect and control mechanism of micro silicon powder based activator under different ratio conditions,river deposit fly ash and phosphorus tailings were used as raw materials,novel micro silica powder were used as activator to prepare geopolymer grouting materials.The physical and mechanical properties,element and mineral composition and micro fabric of geopolymer grouting materials were systematically analyzed by means of X-ray diffraction,Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and energy spectrum/scanning electron microscopy.The results showed that the geopolymer grouting material activated by micro silica powder based activator has tight cementation,high stone rate,high compressive strength and good working performance.Microanalysis showed that micro silica powder based activator promotes the dissolution of oligomeric reaction monomer from fly ash/phosphorus tailings,promotes the enrichment of Ca^(2+)in geopolymer colloid,and significantly improves the stacking compactness,shrinkage and mechanical properties of slurry,which plays a significant role in stimulating and promoting the reaction process of geopolymer.
