摘　　要：化工机械设备在长期的运行过程中,常常暴露在恶劣的工作环境中,如高温、高压、化学介质等。这些设备与各种腐蚀性物质如酸、碱、盐类化学物质接触,导致金属表面发生氧化或溶解反应,形成腐蚀现象。同时,气候变化、湿度、温差等外部因素也会加速腐蚀过程,导致设备表面产生裂纹、剥落或变形。此外,操作不当,如过载运行、维修不及时、保养不到位等,也会加剧腐蚀,进一步缩短设备的使用寿命,增加维修成本,并且严重时可能引发安全事故。Chemical machinery and equipment are often exposed to harsh working environments such as high temperature,high pressure,and chemical media during long-term operation.These devices come into contact with various corrosive substances such as acids,bases,and salt chemicals,causing oxidation or dissolution reactions on the metal surface,resulting in corrosion phenomena.At the same time,external factors such as climate change,humidity,and temperature differences can accelerate the corrosion process,leading to cracks,peeling,or deformation on the surface of equipment.In addition,improper operation,such as overloading,untimely maintenance,and inadequate upkeep,can also exacerbate corrosion,further shorten the service life of equipment,increase maintenance costs,and in severe cases,may lead to safety accidents.
