摘　　要：为了创新高校辅导员就业指导工作策略,将“迪士尼策略”运用于就业指导工作。选用“迪士尼策略”中的梦想家角色确定就业目标、实干家角色制定就业计划、评论家角色改进就业目标和就业计划,通过三重角色合力完成高校辅导员就业指导工作的设计;同时从三个方面提出高校辅导员就业指导工作的创新策略,即提升“迪士尼策略”型的高校辅导员的专业能力,加强“迪士尼策略”就业型的学生实践活动,构建“迪士尼策略”动态评价机制。In order to apply the“Disney Strategy”to the employment guidance work of college counselors,the dreamer role in the“Disney Strategy”is selected to determine employment goals,the doer role to develop employment plans,and the critic role to improve employment goals and plans.Through the joint efforts of the three roles,the design of college counselor employment guidance work is completed,and innovative strategies for college counselor employment guidance work under the“Disney Strategy”are proposed from three aspects,namely enhancing the professional abilities of college counselors in the“Disney Strategy”type,strengthening student practical activities in the“Disney Strategy”employment type,and constructing a dynamic evaluation mechanism for the“Disney Strategy”.
