摘　　要：豆野螟是豆科植物的重要害虫,在我国危害严重。本研究在室内对豆野螟的交尾行为和产卵特性进行观察,结果表明,豆野螟在羽化后2天开始出现求偶行为和交尾活动,羽化后3~5天达到高峰;交尾活动主要发生在21∶00—06∶30间,高峰在23∶00—03∶00,一般一生只交尾一次,部分交尾2~3次,平均交尾时长为53.1 min;在雌雄比1∶1或雄蛾数较多的情况下,交尾率和产卵数较高;在20~27℃范围内,交尾率随温度升高而提高;温度超过25℃时,交尾率在50%以上,平均产卵数在800粒以上;22~27℃雌成虫羽化后第3天开始产卵,第7~8天达到产卵高峰,至第12天产卵数达到总产卵数的80%。研究结果对豆野螟的室内饲养和有效防治具有重要指导意义。The legume pod borer,Maruca vitrata(Fabricius)(Lepidoptera:Crambidae),is an important pest of legume crops,which occurs seriously in China.In this study,mating behavior and oviposition characteristics were observed in laboratory.The results showed that the courtship and mating behaviors of legume pod borer adults began from the 2nd day after emergence,and reached the peak at 3 to 5 days after emergence.The mating activity mainly occurred between 21∶00 and 06∶30 with the peak at 23∶00 to 03∶00.In general,the adults only mate once in the lifetime,but some could mate 2 to 3 times,and the average mating time was 53.1 minutes.The mating rate and the number of eggs were higher when the male to female ratio was 1∶1 or there were more male adults.In the range of 20 to 27℃,the mating rate increased with the increase of temperature.When the temperature was over 25℃,the mating rate was over 50%and the average number of eggs was over 800.The female adults started to lay eggs on the 3rd day after emergence,and reached the peak at 7 to 8 days;the number of eggs could reach 80%of the total number on the 12th day.These results could provide theoretical basis for indoor feeding and effective control of legume pod borer.
