摘 要:针对近年来随着工业化进程的不断推进,而随之产生的资源约束趋紧,环境污染严重,生态系统退化的问题,文章通过对矿山建筑建设过程中绿色节能技术、材料的应用,利用生命周期理论及经济评价理论,论证绿色节能技术、材料应用于煤矿建筑的经济性。并选取煤炭行业的典型建筑,以碳中和思想为引领,践行绿色、智慧矿山理念,将全寿命周期费用理论、绿色建筑节能设计与工程经济学进行融合,对煤矿的联合建筑采用绿色建筑节能设计的经济性进行了分析。工程应用实例证明:通过节能材料选择、合理的绿化布置、清洁能源的应用,联合建筑节能效果显著。最后建议进一步加强政策性引导同时引入人群感知变量并将其量化作为现金流的组成部分,使智慧零碳建筑得到更好的推广。Aiming at the tightening resource constraints,severe environmental pollution,and ecosystem degradation comes along with the continuous advancement of industrialization in China in recent years,we demonstrated the economic feasibility of applying green energy-saving technologies and materials to coal mine buildings through the application of life cycle theory and economic evaluation theory in the construction of mining buildings.And selected typical buildings in the coal industry to analyze the economic feasibility of adopting green building energy-saving design for joint buildings in coal mines,based on the concept of carbon neutrality,green and smart mining,integrating the theory of life cycle cost,green building energy-saving design and engineering economics.Engineering application examples proved that,through applying energy-saving materials,reasonable green layout,and clean energy,the energy-saving effect of joint buildings is significant.Finally,it was suggested to further strengthen policy guidance while introducing population perception variables and quantifying them as a component of cash flow,so as to better promote smart zero carbon buildings.
