摘 要:针对煤矿井下电缆老化、破损等故障难以定位的问题,开展了基于频域反射法的电缆故障定位技术研究。该方法为对电缆注入一个频域信号并获取反射信号的数据,对获取的数据进行加窗处理,放大微弱异常信号,提高定位精度。可根据反射信号的波形变化区分出电缆的故障类型,并可根据电缆中信号的传输速度以及入射信号与反射信号的时间差实现故障点定位。研究结果表明:该定位技术对各类电缆缺陷均能够进行快速,高精度的定位;该技术能够放大缺陷点的畸变,对微小缺陷更加敏感,识别能力更强,定位误差更小;该技术对同轴电缆、带金属屏蔽层电缆和带金属铠装电缆等具有明确反射信号通道类型的电缆,缺陷定位信号响应更加灵敏。Aiming at the difficulty in locate the faults such as aging and damaged cables in coal mine,the cable fault location technology based on frequency domain reflection method was studied.This method injects a frequency domain signal into the cable and obtains data of the reflected signal.The data obtained from the signal is windowed to amplify weak abnormal signals,resulting in high positioning accuracy.The fault type of the cable can be distinguished based on the waveform changes of the reflected signal,and the fault point can be located based on the transmission speed of the signal in the cable and the time difference between the incident signal and the reflected signal.Our results demonstrate that this localization technique enables rapid and high-precision detection of various cable defects.The method amplifies distortion at defect sites,exhibiting enhanced sensitivity to minor imperfections,superior identification capability,and reduced positioning error.Furthermore,the technique shows heightened signal response sensitivity for cables with well-defined reflective signal pathways,such as coaxial cables,metal-shielded cables,and metal-armored cables,enabling more accurate defect locating.
