摘  要:为探究粉煤灰浆体在垮落带充填过程中的可注性与注浆量相关特性,基于Talbol级配理论设计试验方案,针对单粒径和Talbol级配两种类型的矸石散体材料,开展孔隙率测量与注浆扩散试验研究。试验结果表明:①在不同配比条件下,矸石的理论孔隙率与实测有效孔隙率整体保持一致,且孔隙率与粒径大小呈现出正相关关系。②在对比不同级配矸石块体注入不同浓度浆液的扩散形态时发现,单粒径矸石在注入60%、65%浓度浆液时,呈现先纵向扩散、后横向扩散的扩散路径;当单粒径矸石注入70%浓度浆液及Talbol级配矸石注入不同浓度浆液时,其扩散过程则表现为先横向扩散,而后纵向扩散。③在注浆试验中,采用60%浓度的粉煤灰浆液进行注浆操作,9种试验方案均能将浆液注满目标区域;当浆液浓度为65%时,仅有5~10 mm单粒径级配出现“渗滤现象”,导致无法有效注入;而在浓度70%注浆条件下,单粒径5~10 mm、15~20 mm和Talbol级配矸石均出现“渗滤现象”。基于以上试验结果,综合考量确定粉煤灰的最佳注浆浓度为65%。④关于矸石不同配比对注浆量的影响,研究结果显示:在单粒径级配情况下,矸石粒径与粉煤灰浆液注入量以及注灰量呈现正相关关系;在Talbol级配时,当级配系数为0.5时,矸石结构最为密实,相应的注浆量最少。该研究成果能够为垮落带浆体充填消纳煤基固废提供重要的理论参考依据。To explore the groutability and grouting amount of filling in the caving zone of fly ash slurry,the experimental scheme was designed based on Talbol grading theory,and the porosity measurement and grouting diffusion test of single particle size and Talbol graded gangue granular materials were carried out.The results show that:①Under different mixing ratios,the theoretical porosity of gangue was generally consistent with the measured effective porosity.Additionally,the porosity exhibited a positive correlation with particle size.②When comparing the diffusion patterns of different slurry concentrations in gangue with varying gradations,it was found that for single-sized gangue injected with 60%and 65%concentration slurries,the diffusion followed a vertical-then-horizontal path.However,when single-sized gangue was injected with 70%concentration slurry or Talbol-graded gangue was injected with slurries of different concentrations,the diffusion process exhibited a horizontal-then-vertical pattern.③In the grouting tests,when a 60%concentration fly ash slurry was used,all nine experimental schemes successfully filled the target area.At a 65%concentration,only the single-sized 5~10 mm gradation showed“infiltration effects,”leading to ineffective injection.Under 70%concentration grouting conditions,single-sized 5~10 mm,15~20 mm,and Talbol-graded gangue all exhibited“infiltration effects.”Based on these results,the optimal grouting concentration for fly ash was determined to be 65%.④Regarding the influence of different gangue gradations on grouting volume,it was found that for single-sized gradations,gangue particle size was positively correlated with both fly ash slurry injection volume and ash consumption.In Talbol gradation,when the gradation coefficient was 0.5,the gangue structure was the most compact,resulting in the least grouting volume.These findings provide an important theoretical reference for the utilization of coal-based solid waste in slurry backfilling within collapsed zones.
