摘  要:为研究掘锚一体机滚筒在半煤岩巷道的截割性能,利用离散元EDEM软件建立在不同截割厚度和牵引速度下对煤岩(f=6.5)截割进行仿真模拟,并开展井下现场截割试验进行验证。研究表明:①掘锚一体机滚筒在进刀过程中,截割阻力呈先增大后逐渐稳定的趋势,不同工况下载荷均值在240~900 kN之间,经过井下试验验证,仿真与试验中滚筒扭矩均值相差不超过16%,证明模拟结果可靠性高。②滚筒截割载荷随着截割厚度的上升而增大,截割厚度500 mm时载荷比200 mm时高约75%~95%,载荷波动系数和比能耗随着截割厚度的上升而下降趋势;滚筒截割阻力和牵引速度呈正比关系,牵引速度0.02 m/s时载荷比0.008 m/s时高约84%~130%,载荷波动系数和比能耗随着牵引速度的上升而呈下降趋势。③牵引速度0.008 m/s时截割煤岩质量标准差最低为0.811,说明此时平整度最好,较大的牵引速度更容易影响煤岩平整度。In order to study the cutting performance of the bolter miner drum in the semi coal-rock roadway,the hardness coefficient f=6.5 coal-rock model was established by EDEM,and the simulation and analysis were performed on the drum cutting of coal-rock at various cutting thickness and traction speeds,and the coal mine cutting test was carried out for verification.The research findings reveal that the drum’s cutting resistance undergoes an initial increase,followed by a stabilization phase,as the feeding process advances,the average load under different working conditions is between 240~900 kN.The difference between simulation and testing in the mean torque of the drum is less than 16%.The coal mine cutting test proves that the simulation results are highly reliable.The cutting load of the drum increases with the increase of cutting thickness,and the load is about 75%~95%higher at 500 mm than at 200 mm,and the load fluctuation coefficient and specific energy consumption decrease with the increase of cutting thickness.The cutting force of the drum and the traction speed have a direct and positive correlation.The load at 0.02 m/s is about 84%~130%higher than that at 0~0.008 m/s,and the fluctuation coefficient and cutting-ratio energy consumption as the traction speed increases exhibits a downward trend.When the traction speed is 0.008 m/s,the minimum standard deviation of cutting quality of coal and rock is 0~811,indicating that the flatness is the best,and the larger traction speed is more likely to affect the flatness of coal and rock.
