摘　　要：陇南市位于西秦岭造山带,矿产资源丰富,以铅、锌、金为优势矿种,矿山产业经营收入长期占当地规模以上工业经营收入的三分之一以上,对陇南市社会经济发展具有举足轻重的地位。近两年锌价的大幅波动,给陇南市发展带来挑战。为减小铅锌价格波动对当地经济发展带来的影响,该文通过搜集陇南市矿产资源勘查利用现状资料,综合分析疫情影响、国内外经济形势剧烈变化,以及美国将锌元素列入关键金属清单等因素。在陇南市第四轮矿产资源总体规划基础上,结合陇南市矿产资源开发实际,提出:加大铅锌矿产资源勘查力度、优化铅锌矿产资源开发利用布局、积极拓展铅锌及合金制品产业链条,以及持续推进铅锌矿业绿色发展等方面入手,做好陇南市铅锌资源勘查利用的优化,从而为陇南市社会经济可持续发展提供坚实基础和持续动力。LongnanCity is located in the west Qinling orogenic belt,rich in mineral resources,with lead,zinc and gold as the dominant minerals.The income of mining industry operation incomehas long accounted for more than one-third of the local industrial income above designated size,which plays an important role in the social and economic development of Longnan.The sharp fluctuation of zinc price in the past two years has brought challenges to the development of Longna.In order to reduce the impact of lead and zinc price fluctuation on local economic development,this paper collected the current situation of mineral resources exploration and utilization in Longnan,comprehensively analyzed the impact of the epidemic,the drastic changes in domestic and foreign economic situation,and the United States included zinc in the list of key metals and other factors.On the basis of the fourth round of overall planning of mineral resources,combined with the actual development of mineral resources in Longnan,it is proposed that:Increase the exploration of lead and zinc mineral resources,optimize the exploitation and utilization of lead and zinc mineral resources,actively expand the industrial chain of lead and zinc and alloy products,and continue to promote the green development of lead and zinc mining.Optimizing the exploration and utilization of lead and zinc resources in Longnan can provide a solid foundation and sustainable power for the sustainable development of LongnanCity's social economy.
