四川绵竹清平-汉旺国家地质公园清平园区“8·13”泥石流治理工程遗址现状及保护浅析

摘  要:2010年8月13日四川省绵竹市清平乡附近的11条沟道同时暴发大规模泥石流后,针对不同沟道的灾害特点实施了相应的防护、治理措施,距今已经历了十余年的暴雨与泥石流的侵扰。2023年8月通过对四川绵竹清平-汉旺国家地质公园清平园区内治理工程现状及灾后运行情况进行调查,对治理效果进行了评价。结果表明,园区内泥石流综合治理工程经过多次暴雨与泥石流检验总体发挥了应有的工程效应,尤其是文家沟泥石流治理工程取得了显著成效,但走马岭3#和5#支沟治理工程存在淤满或损毁的情况,后期需重新治理,能够为今后公园内地质灾害预防和减灾提供一定的参考意义。On August 13,2010,11 gullies near Qingping Township,Mianzhu City,Sichuan Province broke out a massive debris flow at the same time.According to the disaster characteristics of different gullies,corresponding protection and treatment measures have been implemented,which has experienced more than ten years of heavy rain and debris flow.In August 2023,the current situation and post-disaster operation of the treatment project in Qingping Park of Qingping-Hanwang National Geological Park in Mianzhu,Sichuan Province were investigated,and the effect of the treatment was evaluated.The results show that the comprehensive control project of debris flow in the park has played its due engineering effect after several torrential rains and debris flow tests,especially the Wenjiagou debris flow control project has achieved remarkable results.However,the treatment project of Zoumaling 3#and 5#branch ditch are full of silt or damage,which needs to be re-treated in the later stage.The results can provide some reference significance for the prevention and reduction of geological disasters in the park in the future.
