摘  要:由天然玄武岩矿石高温拉制而成的连续玄武岩纤维(CBF)因其优异的热力学性能和环保无污染的特点而被广泛应用,是我国重点发展的四大高性能纤维之一。矿石原料特征显著影响玄武岩纤维材料的制备过程和最终性能,为推动玄武岩纤维生产技术理论进一步发展,该文通过分析评价现有的玄武岩矿石原料测试数据,结合国内外研究现状,从化学组分、岩矿相特征等方面归纳了适宜生产纤维的原料特征,进一步优化了原料选取方向及标准化方案。在梳理总结连续玄武岩纤维生产工艺流程基础上,对生产工艺中原料的筛选及均化、池窑设计、拉丝漏板等工艺和设备方面存在的技术瓶颈进行浅析并提出相关建议,以期促进实际的生产。Continuous basalt fiber(CBF)drawn from natural basalt ore at high temperature is widely used because of its excellent thermodynamic properties and environmental protection and pollution-free characteristics,and is one of the four high-performance fibers in China.The characteristics of ore raw materials significantly affect the preparation process and final properties of basalt fiber materials.In order to promote the further development of basalt fiber production technology theory,this paper summarizes the characteristics of raw materials suitable for fiber production from the aspects of chemical composition,rock and mineral facies by analyzing and evaluating the existing test data of basalt ore raw materials and combining the research status at home and abroad.The direction of raw material selection and standardization scheme are further optimized.On the basis of summarizing the production process of continuous basalt fiber,the technical bottlenecks in the production process of raw material screening and homogenization,tank kiln design,wire drawing and other processes and equipment are analyzed and relevant suggestions are put forward,in order to promote the actual production.
