摘  要:目的:分析中国归因于高身体质量指数(BMI)的慢性肾病疾病负担,为制定慢性肾病防治策略提供理论依据。方法:从全球疾病负担数据库中获取1990—2021年中国归因于高BMI的慢性肾病死亡数、死亡率、DALY、DALY率,进行统计学描述及长期变化趋势分析。结果:1990—2021年中国归因于高BMI的慢性肾病死亡率、标化死亡率、DALY率及标化DALY率均成上升趋势,26.46%的慢性肾病死亡归因于高BMI;2021年的标化死亡率与标化DALY率分别为2.83/10万、66.97/10万,与1990年相比分别增长了57.22%、53.99%,年均变化百分比(AAPC)分别为1.37(95%CI:1.31~1.43)、1.37(95%CI:1.31~1.41)。结论:中国归因于高BMI的慢性肾病疾病负担不断加重,应重点关注男性和老年人群,采取相应措施减轻高BMI带来的慢性肾病疾病负担。Objective To analyze the disease burden of chronic kidney disease(CKD)attributed to high body mass index(BMI)in China from 1990 to 2021,and to provide scientific evidences for the development of CKD prevention and treatment strategies.Methods Data on deaths,mortality rates,disability-adjusted life years(DALY),and standardized DALY rates attributed to high BMI in China from 1990 to 2021 were obtained from the Global Burden of Disease Database.Descriptive analysis and long-term trend analysis were conducted.Results From 1990 to 2021,mortality rates,standardized mortality rates,DALY rates,and standardized DALY rates for CKD attributed to high BMI in China showed an upward trend,with 26.46%of CKD deaths attributed to high BMI.In 2021,standardized mortality rate and standardized DALY rate in China were 2.83 and 66.97 per 100,000 respectively,representing an increase of 57.22%and 53.99%respectively compared to 1990,and the average annual percent change(AAPC)were 1.37(95%CI:1.31~1.43)and 1.37(95%CI:1.31~1.41)respectively.Conclusion The disease burden of CKD attributed to high BMI in China is increasing.Attention should be focused on men and the elderly,and corresponding measures should be taken to effectively reduce the disease burden of CKD attributed to high BMI.
