摘　　要：新质生产力的发展能够有效升级数字医疗新科技、汇聚数字医疗新动能、形成数字医疗新产业。当前新质生产力赋能数字医疗面临技术制约、理念阻滞及制度滞后等关键堵点。对此,迫切需要夯实技术基础,提升新质生产力赋能数字医疗的效果;加强理念引领,释放新质生产力赋能数字医疗的效能;健全制度保障,提高新质生产力赋能数字医疗的效率。The development of new quality productivity can effectively upgrade new digital medical technologies,gather new digital medical kinetic energy,and form new digital medical industries.At present,there are still key obstacles in terms of technical constraints,conceptual blockages,and institutional lagging when new quality productivity empowers digital medical care.In this regard,it is necessary to strengthen the technical foundation to give full play to the effect of new quality productivity empowering digital medical care,strengthen the guidance of ideas to release the effectiveness of new quality productivity empowering digital medical care,and establish institutional guarantee to increase the efficiency of new quality productivity empowering digital medical care.
