摘　　要：智慧中医院的数智化建设处于起步阶段,主要面临数据算力资源支撑不足、中医药智慧医疗系统建设乏力、数据质控流程不完善、数据流通共享环节不畅、数据网络安全监管不严、智能运营管理建设乏力等多重困境。对此,需要从构建数据调度体系、完善数据共融布局、搭建数据治理架构、健全监控预警体系、建立运营管理系统等方面,优化智慧中医院数智化治理路径,更好地实现数据要素的价值,促进中医院现代化高质量发展。The digital intelligence construction of smart traditional Chinese medicine hospitals is in the initial stage,mainly facing multiple dilemmas such as insufficient support of data computing resources,weak construction of traditional Chinese medicine smart medical care system,imperfect data quality control process,blocked data circulation and sharing links,lax supervision of data network security,and lack of construction of intelligent operation management.In this regard,it is necessary to optimize the path of digital intelligence governance of smart traditional Chinese medicine hospitals from the perspectives of building data scheduling system,improving data integration layout,constructing data governance framework,improving monitoring and early warning system,and building operation management system,so as to better realize the value of the data elements and promote the modernization and high-quality development of traditional Chinese medicine hospitals.
