摘　　要：三级公立医院多院区发展已成为完善医疗服务体系的重要趋势之一,构建固定资产共享管理模式对多院区运营成本控制、管理水平提升具有重要作用。对此,三级公立医院应厘清多院区固定资产共享管理模式的内涵与框架,从框架搭建、逻辑梳理、标准划分、方式枚举、招采集中管理、绩效考核要求细化等方面,优化固定资产共享管理路径,推动固定资产共享管理模式转型升级。The development of multi-campus in tertiary public hospitals has become one of the important trends to improve the medical service system,and the construction of the shared management model of fixed asset plays an important role in controlling the operating costs and improving management level in multi-campus.In this regard,tertiary public hospitals should clarify the connotation and framework of the shared management model of fixed assets in multi-campus,optimize the shared management path of fixed assets and promote the upgrading and transformation of the shared management model of fixed assets from framework construction,logical sorting,standard division,list of methods,centralized management of bidding and procurement,and refinement of performance assessment requirements,etc.
