摘  要:Pyrrolnitrin(PRN),a natural halogenated phenylpyrrole derivative,exhibits a broad spectrum of antimicrobial activity against a wide range of bacteria and fungi.In this study,we isolated a strain of Pseudomonas protegens JP2-4390 from the rhizosphere soil of rice plants,which showed strong inhibitory activity against Rhizoctonia solani.
