摘  要:针对油田传统工控模式的层级多、设备多、传输效率低以及当前注水物联网采集终端存在的协议不统一、解析繁琐等问题,设计了一种基于MQTT的兼容多种协议的注水井物联网采集终端,实现了生产数据的高效采集及运维管理的综合提升。采集终端包括硬件和嵌入式软件2部分,其中硬件部分主要包括数据采集、通信联网、存储、供电及调试模块等;软件部分在嵌入式实时操作系统(RT-Thread)的基础上进行开发,通过数据采集、流量修改、数据传输和参数配置等线程来实现多协议数据自动采集和远程调配功能。此外,该终端还运用边缘计算来实现注水井的智能预警功能,并通过OTA技术来实现采集终端系统的远程升级。In view of the problems of multiple levels,multiple equipment and low transmission efficiency in the traditional oilfield industrial control mode,as well as the protocol inconsistencies and cumbersome analysis in the current water injection Internet of Things acquisition terminal,this study designed an MQTT-based Internet of Things acquisition terminal compatible with multiple protocols for water injection Wells,which realized the efficient collection of production data and the comprehensive improvement of operation and maintenance management.The acquisition terminal includes two parts:hardware and embedded software.The hardware part mainly includes data acquisition,communication networking,storage,power supply and debugging module.The software part is developed on the basis of embedded real-time operating system(RT-Thread),and realizes multi-protocol data automatic collection and remote deployment through data collection,traffic modification,data transmission and parameter configuration threads.In addition,the terminal also uses edge computing to realize the intelligent early warning function of the injection well,and realizes the remote upgrade of the acquisition terminal system through OTA technology.
